Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

We hope you absolutely love any product you purchase from us.

All orders are refundable prior to shipping. Once an order is shipped, a refund is available if the product is returned to Secret Level Designs in sellable condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. 

Should you receive a product damaged during shipping, please be sure to photograph the damaged packaging, and damaged product. Please reach out to our contact form with your order number. Customer service will reach out and request the images to understand the damage, and arrange replacements.
